SECONDO IMPIANTO DI TAGLIO AL VOLO SINGOLA LAMA INSTALLATO IN COMAPROM _ MAROCCO

Thanks to its collaboration with company CONTRAST di ICARDI CRISTINA the internationalization plan of EFFE Technology consolidates in Morocco through the supply of another PTF-X1 flying cut-off system to COMAPROM Sarl that is one of the best tube’s manufacturers of that Country.

A first PTF-X1 single blade flying cut-off system was already supplied to COMAPROM Sarl in 2022 and thanks to its quality and performances, in 2024 COMAPROM Sarl decided to buy another one that it has been installed in February 2025. 

Mr. Mohamed Laaouissi, Technical Director of COMAPROM Sarl followed this project from the start and he explains the reason because he confirmed his trust in EFFE Technology by a purchasing of a second PTF-X1 single blade cut-off system:

“After two years from the installation of the first PTF-X1 single blade flying cut-off system on our tube mill we have seen a marked improvement of the productivity (+35%), we were able to verify the reliability of the components, of the machine-operator communication interface (HMI) that is advanced and easy to use, the immediate assistance & support in case of needs and much more. These advantages and the ratio quality-price have encouraged us to make a second investment in 2024 and therefore purchase a second PTF-X1 cut-off system that we have just installed. Furthermore, the purchasing order of a third cut-off system will be issued soon.”
